Equal Rights and Equal Opportunities

It is true that every individual is different, special, but we are all created equal. Each and everyone of us should have equal rights.          Some may consider themselves unlucky and that God is unfair to all. But no, He is fair for He is unfair to all. He won't give us a shortcut to where we want to be, He'll give us opportunities. If you happen to encounter one, grab it.      These opportunities that He gives us are equal for the opportunities given to us are all different but are appropriate for all of us. Therefore, all beings have equal opportunities because these are given to us by Him.

The Essence of Christmas

It is always important to bear in our mind the reason why we celebrate Christmas. It is a must for us to know and remember that our lord came to this world in order to save us from our sins; He came to redeem us from the wickedness of this world.      It is not just a holiday. Remember that our Lord is humble being born only in a manger. This is the message sent to us- we must learn to humble ourselves. Christ Himself symbolizes humility.      The essence of Christmas is to share what you have, not just material things. Those that are truly cherished and felt. It's the thought that counts anyway, and love is the most important thing in the world. When it governs our hearts and minds, we wouldn't need to wait for Christmas to share our love to others.

Children: The Future is with Them

Under the Republic Act 1661, the month of November is declared as "National Children's Month." The theme for 2018 is, "Isulong, Tamang Pag-aaruga Para sa Lahat ng Bata."      Parent should be responsible for taking care of their children, giving them their necessary needs and allowing them to have education.      We'll never know what will become of them in the future They may have a bright or a dark future ahead of them. That's why there are adults, particularly their parents to lead them towards the former. they hold the future of not only themselves, but the future of the world as well. Our world may become brighter if children are raised and taught well. As Dr. Jose Rizal said, "Ang kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan."
