Ang Buwan ng Wika ay ipinagdidiriwang taon-taon sa buwan ng Agosto. Iba't iba ang tema nito bawat taon. Ngunit ang lahat ay tungkol sa ating wika. Ang Filipino. "Filipino: Wika ng Saliksik," ang tema ng Buwan ng Wika ngayong 2018. Ang mga paaralan ay nagsasagawa ng iba't ibang paligsahan para sa mga estudyante. Naisasagawa ang paggawa ng tula, sanaysay, islogan, poster, at iba pa upang maenganyo ang mga estudyante sa pag-aaral sa ating sariling wika. Ang tema ay kumikilala sa wikang Filipino bilang midyum sa paglikha at pagpapalaganap ng pambansang karunungan at kaunlaran. "Ugaliing Magtanim, Sapat na Nutrisyon Aanihin!" is the theme of the nutrition moth 2018 according to the National Nutrition Council (NNC) of the Philippines. Nutrition Month is celebrated every year on the month of  July. There are activities that are held to improve people's knowledge about nutrition, especially for students. There are activities for students to communicate with one another and activities where they can impart their talents and skills in relation to the given theme.
